A Web site has to distinctly represent your land trust to be recognizable to your patrons, community, and members. That's why Ovoo Creative LT doesn't use templates to design your Web site.

To get started, we need a few things from you.

  • Ovoo Creative LT's Web Site Questionnaire
    When this document has been filled out, it will provide Ovoo Creative LT and your land trust with valuable insight into your site-map, purpose for having a Web site, audience expectations, content, and existing brand/image.
  • Your land trust's logo
    Supply us with your logo and any other brand related information that you may have. If you don’t have a logo or brand, we can create one for you.*
  • Content
    Provide us with your copy and if you should need guidance, you will have access to Ovoo Creative’s Content Primer, the step-by-step process that we use for developing content. If you can’t provide content, we offer content creation and editing for an additional fee.
  • Photos
    Send us any photos or images that you would like to include. We will supply you with specifications to make this process smooth.
  • Samples of Web sites that your land trust finds appealing
    Ovoo Creative LT wants to see examples of Web sites that you like. E-mail us the links with brief explanations of what you think about each site.

Using the information that you provide, Ovoo Creative LT will work with you to develop a site-map that will show how information is organized on your land trust’s Web site. Once a site-map is developed, we will design a non-functional proof or image of what the Web site will look like. Your land trust will have one round of reasonable edits and when approved, your new Web site will be built and uploaded for the world to see.
